Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

soy sauce chicken thighsHey guys, today I am going to share a tender and juicy Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs recipe. This dish will fit your need for a simple weeknight dinner recipe. It requires only one main ingredient (chicken thighs) and takes just 20 minutes to make.

The savory soy sauce favor comes from marinating the chicken with:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • half a tablespoon minced garlic
  • half a tablespoon sesame oil
  • half a tablespoon sugar
  • a touch of salt
  • half a tablespoon cooking wine

To cook, first pan fry the chicken until they have just changed color, then add some water into the pan and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

I like to top the chicken with freshly chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. Pair with a bowl of rice and vegetable soup, it is one of my favorite weeknight dinner combo.
