Spicy Ground Beef and Green Beans

Spicy Ground Beef and Breen Beans-1This spicy ground beef and green beans is one of the most popular dishes in China, originated from Szechuan cuisine. It is also one of my favorite dishes.

First, I deep fried the green beans until crisp outside, then sautéed the garlic, ginger and dried chili pepper until fragrant.
